Now, I have a couple of predictions:
1) Should this legislation pass the Senate and get signed by the President, there are thirty-seven (37) State Attorneys General ready to sue the Federal Government for Constitutional overreach per Amendment X of the United States Constitution, which states:
Amendment X – Powers of the States and People: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
This is serious, folks. The Federal Government does not have the right to tell us, the People, that we MUST purchase something, which is the bottom line of this Health Care “Reform”.
2) This is a red herring. The REAL DEAL is the Federal Identification Card. “Mark of the Beast”, anyone? I don’t put it past our morally deficient Congress to push something like that through in a midnight vote while we’re all sleeping…
3) Not a prediction, but an observation: If Thomas Jefferson were alive today, he’d be fomenting a revolution in the streets.
